About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison Manager to lead our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our Medical Affairs department, you will play a critical role in advancing scientific engagement and medical strategies.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing MSL team to drive key objectives in line with the company's medical priorities.
- Co-create and execute Country Medical Plans in collaboration with the TA Medical Head, Medical Manager, Medical Director, or MSL Head.
- Set, track, and ensure the achievement of performance goals and KPIs for both individual MSLs and the entire team.
- Ensure MSLs engage in fair, balanced, and scientifically rigorous exchanges with key stakeholders in the healthcare community.
- Collaborate on insights generation activities and ensure data, facts, and observations are gathered, reviewed, and analyzed to be identified as insights and incorporated in strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a related industry role, preferably in Medical Science Liaison capacity or Medical Affairs.
- Expertise in local regulations and codes of practice for the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating to meet business goals and objectives.
