Job Summary:

VALUTECH OUTSOURCING S.A DE C.V is seeking a highly skilled Production Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for developing and managing production scheduling and planning, leading the planning board, and coordinating planning activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage production scheduling and planning to ensure efficient use of resources and meet production targets.
  • Lead the planning board and coordinate planning activities to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of production planning and adjust as needed to optimize production processes.
  • Monitor adherence to the production plan and address any deviations to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to production planning and operations.
  • Support and resolve issues related to orders with system conflicts or IT-related challenges to minimize downtime and ensure smooth production.
  • Monitor and manage expired (aged) units, assist with Work-In-Progress (WIP) control, and oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Perform additional tasks or functions as required to support the role and position.
  • Actively participate in achieving and maintaining relevant standards certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) to ensure compliance and quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within organizations focused on electronic equipment.
  • Proficient in English (technical and conversational) with a fluency level of 80% or higher.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to drive production planning and optimization.
  • Demonstrated leadership and proactive approach to lead planning activities and resolve issues.
  • Ability to identify risks and make timely decisions to ensure production targets are met.
  • Capacity for learning and adapting to new processes and technologies.
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of commitment and integrity to maintain quality and compliance standards.
  • Flexible, dynamic, and capable of handling various challenges to ensure production goals are achieved.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or a related field.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time position with a regular work schedule (Monday to Friday).
