Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to the Finance team and senior management, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Key Indicators.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with the Business Division controller, legal entity controllers, and financial accounting teams to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the Mexico VLS P&L positions and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Internal and External Audits: Support and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Project and Product Analysis: Conduct analysis and provide recommendations on project and product profitability, supporting business decisions and growth initiatives.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, financial reporting, and business controlling.
  • Language Skills: Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, including analytical functions.
  • Soft Skills: Critical thinking, team player, structured approach, resilience, initiative, independence, and ability to work under pressure.
