About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Analyst to join our dynamic Mexico research team at MetrixLab, a Toluna company. As a Research Analyst, you will play a key role in leading full project life cycles, from set-up to client presentations, and working closely with sales and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently manage research studies across various methodologies and complexities.
  • Develop survey questionnaires and analysis plans, providing insightful and actionable reports to clients.
  • Deliver presentations and work collaboratively with Project Managers and Operations for deployment and execution.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop effective working relationships with internal partners and external clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of related industry experience.
  • Previous experience in various research methodologies, including ad concept testing, ad pre-testing, campaign evaluations, pack testing, brand tracking, segmentation, and shopper research.
  • Demonstrated success in questionnaire design, analysis, and project management.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective working relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Proficient in expressing oneself perfectly in Spanish and has Advanced English, both verbally and in writing.
