">We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Naps Mexico. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
">Job Summary
">The Senior Customer Service Ambassador will act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. They will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
">Main Responsibilities
">- Provide top-notch customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Handle customer complaints, escalating complex issues to senior management if necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product information to provide informed support
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
">- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical studies or relevant certifications preferred
- No prior experience necessary; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced English language proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools
Salary Information
">We offer a competitive salary range of $$1,500 - $3,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide opportunities for growth and professional development within the company.
">Location
">This role is based in Rosarito, B.C., Mexico, and requires relocation to the area before starting work. We understand that this may require some flexibility, but we are committed to supporting your transition to our location.
">Language
">English is the primary language used in this role, and fluency is essential for success.
