Key Responsibilities

  • Define program requirements and use data and metrics to determine improvements.
  • Own regular business reviews with leadership and operational teams to audit ongoing performance against key metrics and program goals.
  • Cross-functional coordination and alignment between stakeholders.
  • Define new goals to measure the success of our program and drive the health of the program.

About the Team

Amazon Logistics, or AMZL, handles 'last mile' delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. We utilize creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers. Our goal is to make our customers' delivery experience as smooth as possible and roll out global delivery solutions for our newest concepts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Completed Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of general experience.
  • Spanish and English fluency (C1+).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in first mile operation.
  • Solid understanding of operations and launching new processes.
  • Experience tracking metrics to determine improvements and drive solutions.
