Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Lead the negotiation process for supply contracts, negotiating prices, terms, and conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor supplier performance, ensuring on-time delivery, product quality, and responsiveness.
  • Continuously evaluate the supply chain and expenditure to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and company policies related to purchasing activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager, preferably in the food, cosmetic, or pharma industry.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong negotiation and relationship skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, ability to interpret data, perform cost analysis, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
