Job Summary

Danfoss is seeking a highly skilled CVM Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for end-to-end vendor creation, extension, and changes in Vendor master data in MDG or SAP systems based on service requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor master data, including creation, extension, and changes, in MDG or SAP systems.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by validating and cleansing data.
  • Support trainings for CVMT and assist stakeholders from different departments.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to ensure data governance in procurement processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service requests and incidents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Data Analysis, or Engineering.
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Experience with multinational companies and SAP is required.
  • Strong knowledge of business tools and processes related to procurement and finance.
