Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the manufacturing process, developing and maintaining processes for assigned products, and ensuring compliance with ISO9001:2015, ISO13485:2016, IPC-WHMA-A-620 standards.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing processes for assigned products.
- Determine the purchase of tools and work tables for new assembly production lines.
- Manage client revision changes and maintain master document files.
- Support the production team with problem resolution and provide training on new equipment.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a global specialist in interconnect and turnkey electronics design and manufacturing services, expanding into Mexico.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this position, you will need:
- A university degree in Engineering (Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical).
- More than 3 years of experience in the electrical/electronic industry.
- Experience in an ISO and IPC engineering environment.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, CAD systems, and project engineering principles.
- Fluency in English and management skills.
