About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio/Video Producer to join our team at Amazon Music. As a key member of our content development team, you will play a crucial role in helping us expand our music content offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with local content production agencies to handle video and audio production and post-production.
  • Create and plan in-content executions and placements that deliver added value to artists and partners.
  • Be the point of contact with internal Amazon partners and local music industry professionals.
  • Plan and execute numerous projects, analyzing performance and optimizing future content based on their results.
  • Ensure content (audio/video) availability amongst planned distribution channels by collaborating with legal, industry, and operations teams.
  • Execute and plan extra content production lines to record amplification content itself.
  • Work under tight timelines with artists and maximize production and post-production workstreams to deliver content (audio/video) on time.

  • Project execution skills, follow-up mechanisms, internal and external partners influence to deliver on tight-timings.
  • Excellent data analysis and quantitative skills.
  • Experience in team-oriented work environment.
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders across all levels of seniority.
