Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our Oracle Hospitality team. As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions for our hospitality clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud-based solutions for hospitality clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking
  • Implement and manage cloud security measures to ensure data protection
  • Monitor and optimize cloud performance to ensure high availability and scalability
  • Provide technical support and training to clients and internal teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering, with a focus on hospitality or related industries
  • Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Experience with cloud security measures, including encryption, access control, and monitoring
  • Strong understanding of cloud performance optimization, including scaling, load balancing, and caching
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle Hospitality solutions, including Oracle Hospitality Cloud
  • Knowledge of cloud automation tools, including Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation
  • Experience with cloud monitoring and logging tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk
  • Strong understanding of cloud cost optimization, including cost estimation and budgeting
