Job Summary
Constellation Brands seeks a highly skilled Internal Control Specialist to oversee and ensure that business units have solid and structured processes, embedded controls, and policies that mitigate business risks. The ideal candidate will analyze and test documentation, execute control status, and provide advisory services to process owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quarterly Self Assessment reviews and analyze documentation submitted by process owners.
- Execute control status by processes derived from Self Assessment deficiencies and recommendations.
- Follow up on action plans and report to IC Manager on control evaluations.
- Advisory and approval of Policies & Procedures for Beer Operations Mexico.
- Document and train Process and Control owners on SOX key controls.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in internal control, risk management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills.
