Spa Receptionist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing information about spa services, treatments, and wellness programs.
• Reservations & Scheduling: Manage spa appointments and reservations using our booking system, coordinating with spa therapists and other team members to ensure efficient scheduling.
• Administrative Duties: Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, process payments, and maintain an organized and clean reception area.
• Guest Experience: Address guest requests, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring that all guest interactions are handled with the utmost respect and confidentiality.
• Spa Product & Service Knowledge: Stay informed about the spa's services, treatments, and retail products, promoting spa products and upselling treatments or packages as appropriate.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with spa therapists and management to ensure smooth daily operations, assisting with special events or promotions organized by the spa.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of guest information at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or wellness environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Proficiency in using booking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine interest in wellness, luxury, and exceptional guest service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
