About the RoleThis is a critical role for our team, as you will be responsible for obtaining, analyzing and organizing product delivery requirements on a daily and weekly basis. You will initiate shipments and ensure that all delivery requirements are met, communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that shipment processes are completed on time and in the right quantities.
- Perform all BAAN transactions for daily and weekly shipments, generating necessary documentation.
- Analyze daily shipment requirements from Daimler Chrysler, FORD and generate corresponding shipment lists.
- Ensure timely transmission of ASN for daily shipments to avoid short shipments or rating system violations.
- Monitor daily ticket placement windows to react promptly to urgent situations.
- Process BAAN transactions for parts provided by the PICS Supervisor through the production program.
- Conduct strategic inventory management of finished goods products to maintain up-to-date information daily.
- Experience in shipment processes.
- Knowledge of MRP and MRP II systems.
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure.
- Sense of urgency and participation.
- Negotiation skills with clients.
- Ability to hold conversations in English.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.
