Job Description

The Financial Reporting Leader will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting across PepsiCo entities. This includes performing US GAAP reporting, owning tax submissions, and supporting statutory accountants. The successful candidate will have strong accounting skills, experience with international environments, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

About the Role

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Financial Reporting Leader will be responsible for:

  • Leading the monthly accounting close process to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with corporate policies
  • Managing the annual submission of U.S. Tax Data Collection Package Request for NWE (HFM entities)
  • Reviewing and approving submissions prepared by L8 Coord GL Rpt OCF Tax
  • Supporting SwissCo reporting and annual ABA process
  • Managing preparation of Benelux certification deck for quarterly certification calls
  • Reviewing and approving SwissCo compliance (annual checklist) prepared by Coord GL Rpt OCF Tax

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting
  • At least 8 years of experience in an international environment
  • Strong accounting and fiscal skills, with experience in USGAAP and IFRS
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
