Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Transformation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis to support the financial transformation initiatives in the South America region.

The successful candidate will lead the financial value-add reporting and analysis roadmap, providing standardized and simplified reporting, consolidation, and analysis for the region. Key responsibilities include:

  • Standardizing reporting to improve communication efficiency with stakeholders
  • Month-end close duties such as reporting orders, sales, and margin
  • Assisting in the financial transformation for South America
  • Enhancing efficiency and effectiveness through standardization and simplification of processes and tools across the region
  • Creating project dashboards and providing business performance commentary
  • Collaborating and building relationships with the South America team
  • Ad-hoc financial reports
  • Full ownership of P&L performance

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, accounting, or financial planning and reporting
  • Knowledge of financial modeling theory, principles, and practices
  • Strong accounting and reporting skills; project accounting proficiency a plus
  • Strong digital citizen and ease with managing multiple systems
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Strong financial, accounting, and analytical skills with proven business acumen
  • Modest to advanced PC skills (emphasis on MS Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, HFM/Hyperion/Essbase, SAP, Targettick, and SQL) and the ability to adapt to new systems and applications quickly
  • Possess superior Excel skills including charting and the ability to manipulate large volumes of data resulting from various sources into meaningful and dependable managerial information
