Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Material Requirements Planning Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for supporting the packaging and raw material supply chain processes, reporting, Purchase Order creation, workflows, and projects for our manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage SAP parameters and set up as necessary for new items and ongoing materials to ensure locations have accurate requirements.
  • Work Flow execution and detailed tracking for packaging extensions.
  • Material Purchase Order creation and tracking.
  • Review and analyze current Material Requirements Planning system parameters for accuracy and updated configurations.
  • Analyze GGCS deployment from Lithia to plant ensuring network coverage, identifying shortfalls and respective solutions.
  • Analyze ASNs for failures with corrective actions.
  • Analyze inbound quantities and timings making updates as needed along with communications to impacted parties.
  • Analyze unload priorities based on network supply and production timing needs.
  • Monitor inventories for items that are to be discontinued to eliminate/minimize scrap.
  • Manage tracking and disposition for blocked materials.
  • Manage weekly/daily reporting as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (Operations Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, etc.).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing/logistics/planning/customer service.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional influence skills to achieve best results for PepsiCo.
  • Understanding of CPG industry, industry standards, SAP/APO knowledge required.
  • Commitment to high service levels is a must.
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
