Responsibilities

The Role:

The Senior Analyst in Supply Chain Planning is tasked with formulating the master production schedule to meet customer demand while minimizing inventory levels. This role involves utilizing PepsiCo's planning tools and ensuring the Demand Planning Production is accurately established and maintained.

Your Contributions:

As a Senior Analyst in Supply Chain Planning, your key responsibilities will include:

Developing daily production schedules with a 16-week outlook, integrating tool recommendations and Master Planner insights to optimize business solutions. Acting as the primary supply planning liaison for stakeholders, gathering and communicating opportunities within the supply planning domain, including DRP – MRP. Collaborating with manufacturing facilities to identify best practices that enhance efficiency, reduce changeovers, minimize waste, and manage overtime effectively. Executing DPP setups, modifications, enhancements, and updates, ensuring alignment with plant parameters, BPM, Seasoning Matrix, Platform Matrix, and other constraints. Assessing and communicating agricultural requirements for the upcoming 16 weeks, including needs for potatoes, plantains, and other inputs. Serving as the supply planning representative in S&OE meetings, effectively communicating supply planning risks and opportunities to the Demand Planning process. Informing the local Supply Chain leader about risks related to finished goods unsellables to facilitate the development of mitigation strategies. Coordinating with local schedulers to align all calendars and activities impacting plant performance, including maintenance, innovation testing, quality assessments, equipment installations, downtimes, capacity updates, and holidays. Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience Required:

Proficiency in Portuguese. Upper Intermediate level of English. Intermediate skills in Excel. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on results.
