The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating various project-related tasks for all large to moderately complex projects for a defined segment of strategic initiatives from project definition and intake to transition to full operational support.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Establish program-level success criteria with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage defect resolution processes and liaison with internal teams to ensure resolution on environmental support issues
  • Issue and escalation management
  • Manage large-scale programs to ensure timely completion, within budget, and alignment with business objectives
  • Manage daily/weekly project team assignments and monitor progress against work plans
  • Identify and analyze potential project changes and facilitate change control boards
  • Prioritize projects within programs and manage resource requirements
  • Continuously identify, qualify, and track risks, define mitigation and contingency plans, and assign resources
  • Communicate status and ensure smooth transition through project phases
  • Ensure project teams utilize IT-defined tools and standards

**Requirements**

  • 7+ years' experience in project or program management
  • 3+ years' experience leading technical and non-technical resources
  • Experience with large-scale programs with budgets exceeding $5MM; global scale and Tier 1 clients preferred
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with experience dealing with project stakeholders
