Night Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Manager to join our team at Playa Hotels & Resorts. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift, ensuring that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all areas of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and security, to ensure that all guests' needs are met.
• Verify that all arrivals are correctly processed and recorded in the hotel's systems.
• Ensure that the audit process runs smoothly and efficiently, with no pending tasks or issues.
• Manage and resolve any guest complaints or issues that may arise during the night shift.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
• Fluent English language skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Night Manager or similar role.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
