Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to join our team in Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing our Rewards strategy in Mexico and the Andean Region, providing insights and recommendations to HR leadership.

Main Responsibilities
  • Maintain rewards information in our HR systems and databases.
  • Collect data about our C&B policies and analyse them to prepare reports and advise managers in making reward decisions.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Compensation & Benefits, including incentives plan design strategy and management at multinational companies.
  • Experience analyzing compensation surveys (Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, and others).
