Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of operational excellence strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
  • Develop and implement lean transformation plans to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Manage and mentor a team of process improvement specialists to achieve business objectives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to directors, managers, and experienced professional staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals
  • Assist in the development of functional strategy and provide input on business decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Kaizen processes, implementations, and continuous improvement recommendations
  • Change agent with ability to make the case for lean and drive cultural change
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable with constructive conflict and debate
  • Impactful communicator and influencer from the shop floor to the boardroom
  • Travel >75%

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a manufacturing/operations manager
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Certification as a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt
