About the Role:
The Customer Development Executive will be responsible for representing Colgate-Palmolive in the market, developing relationships with customers, and increasing sales profitably. This role requires a strong understanding of the commercial principles and the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the achievement of sales objectives and share of market
- Implement and execute the 5Ps at Points of Sales with excellence
- Analyze the current situation of stores, results, and opportunities for growth
- Strengthen relationships with decision-makers at points of sales
- Guarantee the correct implementation of events and their follow-up for fulfillment of objectives
- Interact with the third-party support team in the field
- Achieve excellence in Customer Service and lead Customer Engagement for sustainable growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- At least 1 year of sales/commercial experience for a consumer goods company
- Availability to travel within the country
- Intermediate English level
- Office management and/or Google Tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Field sales operation experience
- Negotiation experience
