- Participate in the implementation of local CI agenda and activities supporting the site business plans.
- Identify potential manufacturing opportunities to improve manufacturing processes.
- Support productivity workshops and annual productivity signed commitments to reach target.
- Coach and support site directors & managers in implementing CI tools, processes, behaviors and mindset.
- Lead CI projects using DMAIC methodology, Lean tools, and Six Sigma statistical tools, as required, impacting productivity, as required.

- Develop CI tools, training content and provide training, as needed.
- Share best business practices between processes and departments.
