Administrative Operations Coordinator

FedEx LAC is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have three (3) years of clerical experience, with proficiency in English and strong human relations, interpersonal, and communication skills.
This role offers an estimated salary of $45,000-$65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Responsibilities will include data entry, handling D/T packages, informing customers of payment, gathering information for company reports, answering phones, transferring calls, and taking messages as required.
The successful candidate will also assist customers by answering questions on basic features of service, perform miscellaneous typing, filing, and secretarial duties, and organize and update station files.
In addition, the role may require the ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
