Job Title: Global Inventory Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Global Inventory Analyst in our Pumps, Cyclones, and Valves Global Product Management. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing and tracking the effectiveness of our global inventory strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and drive our regional SIOP process to ensure accurate inventory levels and effective stocking strategies.
  • Collect and validate global information to inform inventory decisions.
  • Develop and execute global stocking strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with sales, inventory, and operations personnel to drive results and ensure effective inventory management.
  • Analyze assigned facilities around the globe to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Review outlier data to ensure correct stocking levels and identify areas for optimization.
  • Support the mapping of the install base to inform future demand forecasting functions.
  • Develop demand planning strategies based on regional install base data.
  • Organize monthly Regional SIOP Process meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Run multiple scenarios to support the SIOP team in making critical inventory decisions.
  • Post-review of Capital Projects to plan for future demand based on wear parts in the package.
  • Champion Slow Moving Inventory Reduction for assigned warehouses.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Power Query, Excel, SharePoint, and Access.
  • Experience writing formulas, functions, and code, and building relational data models.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present to groups of employees across the organization.
  • Proactive, self-driven work ethic and the ambition to take full ownership of responsibilities.
  • Ability to interpret instructions where only limited standardization may exist.
  • Desire to continuously learn and develop new and existing skills.
  • Passion for collaboration, innovation, and taking on challenges in a dynamic environment.
