We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Flex, a Fortune global 500 company. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for guiding a team of cross-functional experts in the delivery of customer-focused products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize, plan, and direct program schedules and budgets.
  • Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
  • Provide expertise with contract negotiations as required.
  • Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality, and the required business metrics.
  • Review program proposals or plans to resolve time frames, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing programs, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of programs.
  • Establish work plans and staffing for each phase of programs and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
  • Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction, also having control for different accounts of various complexities.
  • Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
  • In charge of customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
  • Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
  • Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
  • Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
  • Hold up production sites for projects, costs, and other customer-related matters through business and expertise.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
  • Requires experience in program administration/management or related areas.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries, or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.
  • Customer (external and internal) relationship and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced English.
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel.
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry.
  • Acknowledgment of automotive standards (IATF, PPAP, Core tools, APQP).
  • Background experience on materials or quality areas is a plus.
