The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Engagement Analyst to join our Wellbeing Engagement team in Mexico City.

This role is a key position in our Italian B2B team, responsible for managing a portfolio of our largest potential clients.

As a B2B Sales Manager, you will be expected to bring in new business to Wellhub, managing complex negotiations, and supporting other team members with their accounts.

You will work closely with team leaders to refine and improve business development strategy in Italy and strengthen our approach.

Your Impact
  • You will have close contact with the WE Planning team, Client Success, and Partners team.
  • You will provide direct support for the execution of actions for accounts and clients in general.
  • You will be responsible for enabling actions with partners, including graphics, gyms, webinars, online and in-person classes, and voucher purchases.
  • You will create new possibilities for actions and formats to be applied as customer engagement actions.
  • You will participate in projects to improve the stock portfolio.
  • You will be responsible for updating the portfolio's budget.
  • You will plan, manage, and execute BTL marketing campaigns and Brand activations in the country.
  • You will work closely with the Account Manager and keep them updated about the campaign's progress.
Who You Are
  • You have advanced English skills.
  • You possess excellent communication skills to express the spirit of Wellhub in different activations.
  • You have knowledge of Google tools (sheets and slides) and JIRA, with Zoom being a plus.
  • Design skills are a plus.
  • You have previous experience working close to the HR area or with B2B2C events, which is a plus.
  • You are resilient in a fast-paced environment with changes and different scenarios.
  • You can handle multiple projects at the same time and at a fast pace.
  • You have good writing and communication skills for lectures and webinars.
  • You possess a critical and analytical perspective and their impacts on the entire ecosystem.
  • You have an owner mentality and proactivity is key for this role.
  • You are creative and proactive to deal with diverse clients, with fast execution.
  • You are willing to help make wellbeing universal.
  • You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience with knowledge about BTL campaigns, activations, and campaign operations.
  • You are available to travel.
