Position for Novo Nordisk GBS Mexico

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our North America Operations Ethics & Compliance Department. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organisation's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

The Role

As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the North America Operations Ethics & Compliance Department's Corporate Sponsorships engagement process, including reviewing sponsorship requests and advising business on best practices.
  • Implementing and executing the Ethics & Compliance Corporate Sponsorships processes, including tracking of requests for compliance and trend analyses.
  • Acting independently to understand relevant data, NN data sources, NN policies and procedures, and performing comprehensive data quality reviews and remediation of incomplete and/or incorrect data.
  • Working directly with North America Operations employees and Global stakeholders to ensure that they are entering their sponsorship requests in an effective, timely and ethical manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in IT customer-facing roles, with a preference for experience in finance, workflow systems, healthcare, and compliance.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, uphold ethical standards, and work well in a collaborative, proactive team environment.

About the Department

This position will be based in GBS Mexico, working directly with the North America Operations team in the United States. Our department ensures the organisation complies with the legal and regulatory requirements of the countries in which it operates. We provide legal counsel and support in areas related to corporate law, compliance, ethics, and more.
