We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Risk Management Associate to join our team at Deproc Consultoria En Procesos Y Coaching. As a key member of our Compliance and Risk team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality Compliance services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Compliance and Risk team in delivering Compliance services to our clients, including support for Compliance and Risk management tasks for a small set of client portfolios.
- Assist with onboarding new customers and portfolios, including regular client meetings and the management and distribution of agendas.
- Interface with various stakeholders, including O&M providers, solar EPCs, electrical engineers, and others.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and distributing monthly Compliance and Risk reports for clients, including reviewing and integrating content from O&M provider reports.
- Support regularly scheduled Compliance filings and Compliance audit activities.
- Follow standard operating procedures and provide feedback on procedures for process improvement.
- Assist the team with problem resolution.
- Working knowledge of photovoltaic system design, operation, management, and financing.
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
- University Degree (or equivalent) with 0-2 years of experience.
- Able to follow written and verbal directions.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe PDF toolsets).
- Familiarity with regulatory Compliance, NERC, FERC, or other reporting obligations for operating projects.
- Familiarity with project agreements and material terms.
- Experience with a U.S. based company preferred.
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
