We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Analyst to join our team at ADI Global Distribution. As a Credit Analyst, you will play a critical role in facilitating a high level of cash flow and minimizing levels of overdue and bad debt.
Key Responsibilities- Collections and Cash Flow Management: Perform collections of past-due invoices, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective action with customers and internal partners to ensure timeliness of future payments.
- Credit Risk Assessment: Maintain a balanced credit risk across all accounts, which fall in line with company policy, while developing strong business relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Customer Communication: Receive incoming calls from customers and internal teams to assist with multiple requests such as payments, past dues, and orders inquiries.
- Account Analysis: Organize and analyze all internal and external customer accounts and identify all collection issues.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Assist with monthly forecast reporting.
- Collaboration and Relationship Building: Collaborate and build relationships with internal departments and stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 year experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer service, or a finance-related role.
- Language Skills: Prior experience with advanced usage of the English and French language, inclusive of written and verbal communication.
- Technical Skills: Proven ability to manipulate and update Microsoft Excel documents to track customer invoicing, working experience with pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
