About the Role:
The Quality Advisor is a key member of the Colgate-Palmolive team, responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. As a Quality Advisor, you will play a critical role in executing the project validation process, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the implementation of change control for plant engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project qualification documents to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Administer documents generated during projects, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Coordinate validation activities with the Focus Factory team to ensure seamless execution.
- Support the quality management plan of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Provide support in the execution of change control, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
- Comply with quality and safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in quality, validation, manufacturing, or engineering roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Intermediate-advanced English language proficiency.
- Knowledge of industrial safety, continuous improvement, and quality management principles.
Desirable Skills:
- Validation process expertise.
- Process control knowledge.
- Proficiency in Office and design software, including CAD.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or mass consumption products industry.
