Job Description

This role is responsible for designing and implementing revenue growth strategies for our portfolio, with a focus on premium customers and travel industry partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to negotiate high-value initiatives and drive cost efficiencies while prioritizing service excellence and customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement high-impact business cases to support strategic decision-making
  • Lead and develop high-performance teams, focusing on leadership development and performance improvement
  • Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams to design and implement revenue growth strategies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights and creative problem-solving skills


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:



  • A minimum 3 years of experience in revenue growth management, innovation, business consultancy, finance or related fields
  • Proven track record of driving business results through negotiation and collaboration with external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build strong relationships with stakeholders
