We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Excellence Leader to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our commercial strategy to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives revenue growth.
- Lead Commercial Excellence Function: Lead the Commercial Excellence function, including Net Revenue Management, Sales Force Effectiveness, Shopper & Trade Marketing, and Category Management.
- Partner with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain, to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial strategies.
- Drive Business Growth: Drive business growth through the development and execution of commercial strategies that maximize revenue and profitability.
- Lead and Develop Team: Lead and develop a high-performing team of commercial excellence professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a commercial excellence or related role, with a strong track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Commercial Expertise: Strong commercial expertise, including net revenue management, sales force effectiveness, shopper & trade marketing, and category management.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies.
- Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the region.
