We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Forecasting Specialist to join our team at Signify. As a key member of our Consumer Business, you will be responsible for developing and driving customer-based demand plans to enable the market to meet Sales & Service Objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Market S&OP Process Leadership: Collaborate with General Manager, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive the Market S&OP process and underpin Return on Forecasted Opportunity (ROFO).
- Demand Planning: Develop and execute customer-based demand plans, including an 18-month rolling 12NC forecast (QXP), and review demand confirmations with Supply Planning.
- Inventory Management: Take corrective action plans for slow-moving and obsolete stocks, drive FG inventory health through forecast quality, and integrate channel inventory into Demand Planning.
- Customer Collaboration: Execute customer collaboration programs and deliver best-in-class Customer Service through on-time in-full product availability.
- Analytical Skills: Possess analytical ability to predict and prepare challenging forecast figures and data.
- Account Planning: Develop and maintain account plans and collaborate with customers to drive business growth.
- Statistical Tools: Utilize statistical tools and techniques to analyze data and inform business decisions.
- Supply Chain Planning: Develop and execute supply chain plans to meet business objectives.
- Decision Making: Make informed decisions and solve complex problems.
