Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct on-site assessments with buyers, quality, and engineering teams to drive supplier improvement.
* Utilize the Supplier Development Playbook to improve supplier performance to Supplier Gold standards.
* Collaborate with suppliers to identify and remove barriers to the implementation of Continuous Improvement to improve on-time delivery and quality.
* Monitor supplier performance and apply sustainable countermeasures and actions to facilitate improvement.
* Conduct and participate in production readiness assessments for New Product Introduction and rate increases, including capacity confirmation to ensure a timely ramp-up to production volumes.
* Support supply chain initiatives by monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinating cross-functional work teams.
* Engage key suppliers to initiate appropriate improvement programs to achieve and sustain high levels of performance.
Requirements:
* University degree (engineering).
* Advanced English.
* 3 years of experience as a Leader in Sourcing, Manufacturing, Materials, Quality, and Engineering areas.
* Experience with production capacity analysis, root cause analysis, problem-solving.
* Contact with suppliers.
* Advanced Excel.
* SAP.
