Influencer Marketing Strategic Leader

The Influencer Marketing Strategic Leader is a key role within the Bluequo team, responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This leader will oversee the development of influencer marketing campaigns, manage relationships with influencers, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with Bluequo's brand objectives.
  • Identify trends, target audiences, and strategic influencer opportunities to maximize brand visibility and engagement.

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns, from planning and influencer identification to execution and performance tracking.
  • Ensure campaigns are completed on time, within budget, and meet expected outcomes.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and partners to create mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with influencers, ensuring they align with brand values and compliance standards.

Performance Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Prepare detailed reports on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and present findings to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Marketing Team Leader.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
  • High energy with a can-do attitude.
  • Pronounced management and leadership skills.
  • Mentoring experience and knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Bilingual or proficiency in English is necessary for the job; any additional language skills are a plus.
