Key Responsibilities- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities to ensure quality standards are met.
- Run sold room reports, verify room status, and determine discrepant rooms.
- Prioritize room cleaning and update the status of departing guest rooms.
- Assist in managing daily activities and coordinate with other departments, such as Engineering and Front Office.
- Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk.
- Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments.
- Communicate issues to next shift and complete required paperwork.
- At least 1 year of related work experience in a supervisory role.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 55 pounds.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
