This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity to join Chemtreat as a Human Resources Business Partner. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in executing our people initiatives, providing exceptional internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, drive, coordinate, and administer various programs and activities covering multiple HR functions, including recruitment, benefits, training, communication, business HR needs, and HR programs.
- Maintain and support Human Resources data and systems, leading continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the local strategies organization remains fit for purpose.
- Partner with management teams to develop, manage, and/or administer the organization's health & welfare benefits, training, communication, and employee relations programs.
- Responsible for recruiting, clarifying job descriptions, defining sourcing methods, performing pre-selection, conducting interviews, and influencing final decisions.
- Ensure the effective implementation of annual training programs and enhance individual employees' competencies by designing and conducting training programs that boost performance, aligning with company core values, needs, and business strategies.
We are seeking an experienced professional with:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a generalist of human resources, leading principal activities in learning and development, training, communication, and recruiting for a global/transnational company.
- Intimate knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations regarding training, labor relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
- Solid understanding of learning and development trends, ability to plan and manage annual training, track updates for government structure, and monitor KPIs.
