Kuehne+Nagel Mexico is a leading international logistics organization seeking an experienced HR Manager to join its Contract Logistics Human Resources team in Tlalpanepantla. As a strategic business partner, this individual will play a vital role in ensuring the company's success by developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with internal policies.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of procedures in the HR area, ensuring the Kuehne+Nagel experience with colleagues and internal customers, and promoting continuous development with colleagues. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, ensuring strategic collaboration between areas and departments, and coordinating communication and motivation strategies.

Job Description

As an HR Manager at Kuehne+Nagel, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment driven by the latest technologies. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives in assigned business units or locations.
  • Ensuring strategic collaboration between areas and/or departments to meet business objectives.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for continuous improvement of the work environment in assigned business units.
  • Coordinating communication and motivation strategies, consultation, and recognition of staff.
  • Coordinating the execution of Human Resources processes in assigned business units, implementing continuous improvement actions for the benefit of the business.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Knowledge of compensations and benefits, recruitment, labor regulations (LFT), payroll, and negotiation with active labor unions.
  • Experience collaborating with senior leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.
  • Skills: excellent interpersonal and negotiation, attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving, strong supervisory leadership, ability to adapt to the needs of the organization, and able to work in teams effectively.
