Job Summary
We are seeking an Early Career Talent in Mexico to provide administrative support to our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of daily office functions and duties, as well as providing administrative support in various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date filing and reference systems
- Maintain and organize Outlook calendar/folders for assigned management
- Schedule appointments, manage inbox, read and respond to correspondence independently or as agreed with management
- Assist in accounting and reporting activities
- Screen incoming calls and maintain diaries
- Arrange business travel, support agenda management and expense tracking
- Coordinate and support events for the department as a whole
- Collaborate with various staff and departments to administratively support various projects
- Prepare complex reports, projects, documentation and correspondence which may also require collecting, organizing, and analyzing data
- Maintain accurate pipeline/system data in the CRM system, as applicable
- Contact key individuals inside and outside of the organization
- Observe, receive, and otherwise obtain information from all relevant sources
Requirements
- Ability to work on-site in Mexico City
- University graduated or studies finished and graduation in process
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools
- English: Fluent
