**Job Summary**
The Production Artist will create high-quality artwork for packaging and other marketing materials, incorporating branding guidelines and technical specifications. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work well under deadlines.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Attend client meetings to gather information on production assignments
- Produce high-quality artwork that meets client specifications
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of artwork, using industry-standard software and techniques
- Perform assigned tasks within the production workflow, according to work order specifications and company SOPs
- Log and maintain project plan information in the project tracking system
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Arts or related field
- 6+ years of previous graphic arts experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic computer software skills, including Adobe Design Suite and QuarkXpress
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team
**Physical Aspects/Work Environment**
The Production Artist will regularly stand, walk, sit, and talk, hear, and see. Occasional lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds may be required.
