Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to join our team at Reser's Fine Foods, Inc. As an Inventory Control Clerk, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring seamless operations in our warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monthly cycle counts and investigate inventory variances to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies and balance month-end inventory for raw packaging and intermediates.
  • Assist the production department with Purchase Orders and provide support as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the efficient operation of the warehouse.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in purchasing or inventory management, preferably in the food industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; basic PC and 10-key skills necessary.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule based on production demands and ability to lift packages up to 35 lbs.
