Overview of the Position

In this role as a Senior QA Engineer, you will:


• Leverage your expertise in test automation and software engineering principles to develop automated systems for both functional and regression testing.

• Analyze, design, configure/integrate, and evaluate process control solutions to address a range of technical challenges.

• Comprehend and create automated tests that align with the overall software delivery process, facilitating the development of CI/CD pipelines, enhancing test execution efficiency, and ensuring that tests consistently provide prompt and dependable feedback.

• Possess a profound understanding of contemporary DevOps tools and methodologies associated with CI/CD, Continuous Testing/Security, and Continuous Monitoring/Observability.

• Collaborate with your quality assurance team to devise strategies aimed at enhancing performance and system reliability across various third-party SaaS and PaaS technologies.

• Demonstrate test automation engineering proficiency with tools such as Selenium and Postman.

• Experience in testing web applications across multiple browsers and devices utilizing automated testing tools.

• Background in developing both front-end and back-end automation tests.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.

• Expertise in various testing phases, including Functional Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Solid understanding of Azure DevOps (ADO).

• Capable of resolving complex issues with minimal supervision.

Your Profile
You are well-suited for the Senior QA Engineer position if your qualifications include:


• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Between 6 to 10 years of experience with a strong grasp of coding and software design principles.

• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, etc.).

• Knowledge of developing automated test scripts using automation tools and frameworks such as QTP/UFT, Selenium, and Worksoft.

• Familiarity with third-party technologies like SAP, AEM, Salesforce, or Boomi.

• Ability to engage with cross-functional teams for execution.

• Experience in training and mentoring junior team members.

• Capability to influence and present compelling QA solutions for clients and products.

• Proficiency in explaining complex concepts and persuading others to adopt your viewpoints on ideas and initiatives.
