Senior Payroll Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team at TTEC. As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the proper performance of payroll core activities, including voluntary and non-voluntary terminations, paychecks calculations, and local payroll tax calculation-payment.
- Manage payroll requests, including uploading and capturing payroll requests, and saving fund loans.
- Perform local payroll tasks, such as backup of benefits process, and follow up and resolution of any kind of discrepancies on these benefits.
- Address, validate, and resolve payroll incidences through ticketing tool.
- Assist in testing process to payroll system changes.
Requirements
- Begin bachelor's degree or unfinished bachelor's degree related to administrative areas.
- Able to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of employee and payroll data with a high level of integrity and judgment.
- 2-3 years of experience in Payroll/HCEnglish language skills.
- Excel (Intermediate) skills.
