Overview:

This role is pivotal in fostering and sustaining positive employee relations through the consistent and fair application of company policies, procedures, and employment legislation.

Responsibilities

Key Functions: Comprehensive presence on the shop floor. Providing guidance to supervisors and managers on strategies to address employee workplace issues. Interpretation and execution of policies. Conducting investigations. Management of human resources administrative tasks. Administration of employee benefits. Supervision of payroll operations. Talent acquisition. Coordination of employee meetings. Development and training of both exempt and non-exempt personnel. Qualifications

Essential Criteria:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a human resources-related discipline, along with a minimum of two years of human resources experience in areas such as employment, benefits, employee relations, training and development, as well as compliance with EEOC, OSHA, or FMLA regulations. Availability to work overnight shifts. Exceptional oral, written, and verbal communication abilities. Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Windows operating systems. Advanced proficiency in English is required.
