We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Designer to join our team at Energizer Holdings, Inc. As a key member of our creative design team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital creative artwork that supports our multi-branded portfolios.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deploy digital creative and production assets across our Batteries, Lights, and Auto Care divisions.
- Collaborate with the Digital Lead Designer, Shopper Marketing and Activation teams to drive brand conversion and align with global brand and product strategies.
- Review proofs, track revisions, and organize proof files to ensure adherence to established standards.
- Attend project meetings to understand concept, timelines, objectives, and specifications.
- Organize assets, shepherd/traffic to stakeholders, and execute asset deployment.
- A 4-year degree in Visual Design, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and instruction.
- Proficiency and experience with content creation software, such as a content management system (CMS), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects or similar tools.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating successful delivery and experience designing cross-medium aligned with brand guidelines.
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to tight deadlines.
- Proactive and self-directed, capable of taking initiative.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across all professional levels.
