About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for administering our NetSuite ERP system, ensuring its stability, reliability, and security.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary administrator for the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring its stability, reliability, and security.
• Customize, configure, and maintain NetSuite modules according to business needs and requirements.
• Collaborate with end-users, stakeholders, and other IT teams to identify, document, and implement system enhancements.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct regular system audits to identify potential improvements.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to implement integrations between NetSuite and other related systems.
• Perform configuration and business process testing for NetSuite requests.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure smooth system deployments with minimal disruptions.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
Supply Chain and Finance Systems
You will also be responsible for analyzing, configuring, and optimizing Supply Chain modules within NetSuite, as well as other 3rd Party systems, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and procurement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on NetSuite ERP administration.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Finance business processes.
• Knowledge of NetSuite customization, configuration, and integration capabilities.
• Familiarity with ERP-related technologies, such as SQL, JavaScript, SuiteScript, or SuiteFlow.
• Experience with integrating data and workflows among multiple platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
