Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Web App Test Metrics and Reporting SNOW Testing Tools and Frameworks, Manual, E2E, BPA, Rally, HP, ALM, Jira and Basic Programming.
Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is mandatory. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the testing efforts for web applications ensuring all functionalities are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.
Oversee the creation and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts for various projects.
Provide detailed test metrics and reporting to stakeholders ensuring transparency and accountability in the testing process.
Utilize SNOW for tracking and managing test incidents and defects ensuring timely resolution.
Implement and manage testing tools and frameworks to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
Conduct manual end-to-end business process automation (BPA) testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Use Rally HP ALM and Jira for test management and defect tracking ensuring all issues are documented and addressed.
Apply basic programming skills to create and maintain automated test scripts enhancing test coverage and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and deliverables.
Ensure all testing activities comply with industry standards and best practices particularly in the Cards and Payments domain.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing activities ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on testing progress and any issues encountered.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in web application testing and test metrics reporting.
Demonstrate proficiency in using SNOW Rally HP ALM and Jira for test management.
Have hands-on experience with testing tools and frameworks.
Exhibit strong manual end-to-end BPA testing skills.
Show basic programming knowledge for automated test script creation.
Have a solid understanding of the Cards and Payments domain.
Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Be detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Show the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and risk mitigation skills.
Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shifts.
Have a proactive approach to continuous improvement and learning.
Possess a strong commitment to meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
Certifications Required
ISTQB Certified Tester Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certifications relevant to testing and quality assurance.
