- Position: Customer Support Specialist
- Location: Hermosillo, Sonora
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
- Competitive Pay: Earn up to $4,300 weekly
**About the Role**:As a Customer Support Specialist for our program, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and issues related to RMA and e-commerce. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to RMA and e-commerce.
- Utilize Zendesk and other relevant tools to manage and track customer tickets.
- Work independently to handle a variety of customer cases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex issues and escalate when necessary.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience working in a customer support or similar role preferred.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
